Usually, we ship orders within 24 - 48 hours from the time order was placed, except Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday. In situation (which rarely happens) where preparation of item/stock availability takes time beyond 48 hours, will be intimated to the customer. Once the order is shipped we inform customer with the tracking details.
Post Dispatch, deliveries are done across Hyderabad within 3 - 8 Working Days & please note deliveries are always subject to unforeseen circumstances like traffic, weather conditions and something out of human control! We shall keep you posted during such events.
Shipments Originating from North East, are usually shipped within 72 working hours.
